I'm a usual, so I can say from experience that the staff is always nice, never had any issue with the senior members, the newbies tend to vary in attitude, but never wanted to complain. And the food is always good, always a good treat, in my opinion Just wish the company would bring back the rice substitutes, it was fun trying new grains!
